Shipping Policy

VCTR currently delivers orders across Pakistan.

Standard Delivery:
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges:
Standard delivery charges are Rs. 220 per order unless a different shipping offer or promotion is shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders across Pakistan.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed after confirmation. Processing and delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Information:
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. VCTR is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Courier Delays:
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer depending on the destination or courier service.

Return & Refund Policy

At VCTR, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the product and packaging.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.

For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened or used, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, scratches, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping
If VCTR has sent an incorrect or defective product, eligible return shipping costs will be handled by VCTR. For change-of-mind or exchange requests, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund. Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed through an agreed payment method. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective due to VCTR.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to our return policy.
